ShortFuel is a usage-based service. When you use credits to generate voiceovers, captions, or videos, we incur real costs from AI providers. That's why we can only offer refunds when credits haven't been used — once the service is delivered, we can't undo those costs. We believe this is fair for everyone.

  • • No subscription features accessed

  • • More than 48 hours since purchase
  • • Any credits have been consumed
  • • Subscription benefits were used

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are available within 48 hours if no credits or benefits were used. You'll keep access until your billing period ends.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method.
